Th39 Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide Malaysia Entertainment Platform Usage

01 Definitions & Interpretation

In this th39 Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

All section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the relevant terms. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa, unless the context requires otherwise.

02 Account Eligibility

To register for and use th39's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the th39 platform.
• A Malaysian citizen or lawful permanent resident in Malaysia.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts the use of online betting services.
• Not having a th39 account that was previously suspended or terminated due to a breach of terms.
• Register under your own name only — registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Not having a recognised gambling problem or being in active treatment at the time of registration.

Th39 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide sufficient proof within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on th39. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms. th39 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts, including but not limited to checks on IP addresses, device identifiers, payment information, and personal data.

Required Information at Registration

• Full name as shown on your Malaysian identity document (MyKad / Passport)
• National identity card number (MyKad) or a valid passport number
• Exact date of birth
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• A valid and active email address
• A strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers)

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds in the account.

04 Deposit & Payment

All financial transactions on th39 are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). th39 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit for most payment methods is RM 10.
• The maximum daily deposit limit varies according to VIP tier and selected payment method.
• All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your th39 account within seconds of payment confirmation.
• Th39 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.
• Deposited funds must be used solely for online entertainment purposes on the th39 platform.
• Th39 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that is deemed suspicious or that violates our AML policy.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Th39 Members may withdraw funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit (source of funds matching policy).
• The KYC verification process must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by your VIP tier — from 60 minutes (Standard Member) to instant (Diamond).
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier — from RM 5,000 (Standard) to unlimited (Diamond).

KYC Verification Process

Before your first withdrawal is processed, th39 requires the following documents for identity verification purposes:

• A clear copy of both the front and back of your Malaysian MyKad
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet or bank statement)
• A selfie holding your MyKad (for specific cases only, when required)

The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours. th39 reserves the right to request additional documents where necessary to meet our compliance requirements.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Th39 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All th39 bonuses and promotions are subject to additional terms specific to each offer, in addition to the general terms stated here.

General Terms for All th39 Bonuses

• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless stated otherwise in the relevant bonus terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• Th39 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus claimed fraudulently or through abuse of the system.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the bonus validity period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Wagers on certain games may be excluded from bonus rollover calculations — please refer to the relevant bonus terms.
• Th39 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse Prevention Policy

Th39 has a sophisticated detection system to identify bonus abuse. The following actions are considered bonus abuse and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Using arbitrage betting techniques to meet rollover requirements with unreasonably minimal risk
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bets for the purpose of meeting rollover requirements
• Providing false information during registration to obtain a bonus

07 Game Rules

Th39 offers a wide range of game categories including live casino, online slots, football betting (including the Malaysia Super League and EPL), cricket, badminton, e-sports, and poker. Each game category has its own specific rules, which are available within the platform.

• The outcome of all games on th39 is final once a game round is completed. No appeals may be made against the result of a completed game round.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, th39 will review the system records and make a decision based on valid data. th39's decision is final.
• Bets placed after the betting lock time for a sporting event will be automatically voided and stakes returned.
• Th39 uses a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) for all slot and table games. Our RNG is regularly audited by an independent body to ensure fairness.
• For Sports Betting, th39 uses recognised third-party odds providers. th39 reserves the right to void or adjust bets where an error in odds setting has occurred.

08 User Responsibilities

As a th39 Member, you agree to comply with all of the following responsibilities throughout your use of the platform:

• Using the th39 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for any commercial or professional purpose without prior written consent from th39.
• Not using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or interact with the th39 platform without authorisation.
• Not attempting to hack, damage, or interfere with th39's systems or infrastructure in any way.
• Not to spread false or misleading information about th39 to other users or the general public.
• Not using your th39 account for any illegal activity, including money laundering or financing unlawful conduct.
• Ensuring that the device used to access th39 is secure and free from malware.
• Notify th39 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Th39 reserves the right to take action against any Member who breaches the above responsibilities, including account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

Th39 takes the protection of our Members' personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are subject to Privacy Policy th39, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Th39 collects personal data necessary for registration, identity verification, payment processing, and service improvement purposes.
• Your data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption during transmission and storage.
• Th39 will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Th39 may share your data with regulatory authorities or law enforcement where required under Malaysian law.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@th39-app.com.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

Th39 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity
• Failure to submit KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe
• Suspicion of money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies
• Platform abuse, harassment of other players, or inappropriate conduct

In the event of account closure for legitimate reasons (not a breach), any remaining valid funds will be returned to the Member within 5 to 10 business days. In the event of a terms violation, th39 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the funds in the account, depending on the severity of the breach.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the th39 support team. Voluntary closures will be processed within 3 business days, and any valid remaining balance will be refunded.

11 Responsible Gaming

Th39 is fully committed to responsible gaming. We believe that online entertainment should remain a fun and controlled activity — not a source of stress or financial hardship.

Self-Management Tools Available at th39

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, th39 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of using the th39 platform, including betting and gaming losses.
• Service disruptions due to platform maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond th39's control (force majeure).
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the th39 platform.
• The content, reliability, or availability of any external links or resources that may be referenced on the platform.

Th39 provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding the continuous availability of the platform or its fitness for any particular purpose.

13 Disputes & Complaints

If you have any complaints or disputes relating to your account, transactions, or gameplay at th39, please follow the procedure below:

1. Contact Live Support: Start by contacting the th39 customer support team via live chat or email at support@th39-app.com, providing full details of your complaint.
2. Response Time: th39 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full response within 5 business days.
3. Escalating a Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, your complaint may be escalated to th39 management for further review.
4. Complete Records: Please retain all communication records, screenshots, and relevant documents as supporting evidence for your complaint.

Th39's decision on any dispute relating to games and transactions is final and binding, unless there is clear evidence of a technical or administrative error on th39's part.

14 Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Th39 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the th39 website, unless a different effective date is specified.

• Th39 will notify Members via email or in-platform notification whenever there are material changes to these Terms & Conditions.
• Your continued use of the th39 platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms.
• If you disagree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your valid remaining funds.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal procedures of Malaysia.
